Schedule a meeting in one of our two conference rooms, or any of our available day offices. With space to accommodate 1-12 people, A/V equipment, a presentation board, coffee service, and more, clients are sure to be impressed.

Monona Conference Room

This conference room's floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide gorgeous views of Madison's Lake Monona and plenty of natural light. There is room for 8 people around the granite table, and a glass presentation board hangs at the front of the room. The room also comes complete with wireless internet and a conference-ready phone. 

Capitol Conference Room

The Capitol Conference room offers seating for 10 as well as a sophisticated AirMedia audio/visual system. Connect your laptop or smart phone via wireless internet with the flat-screen television mounted at the front of the room, and dial into conference calls with our conference-ready phone. This room also includes a gorgeous view of the Wisconsin State Capitol, which sits right across the street.

Day Offices

Private offices that seat 1-3 are also available for hourly or daily rental. Each office comes fully furnished with a desk, office and guest chairs, a phone and high-speed internet. They're perfect to use as your own personal office, or to meet with clients.

Additional Information:

- Conference rooms may be booked at a rate of $50 / hour

- Day Offices may be booked at a rate of $40 / hour

- Coffee service and catering are available upon request

- CES staff is on hand to help and offer administrative assistance and notarization services
